RATES
RESERVATIONS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We strongly recommend making reservations in advance. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your schedule appointment. All drivers are required to leave a government-issued ID for the duration of the rental; no photos of IDs will be accepted, and no exceptions will be made. Please return the boat on time to avoid being charged a late fee of $100 per half hour. Valet parking is available for $20 per car.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
To rent and drive our boats, renters MUST be 21 years of age or older. This requirement ensures a safe and responsible boating experience for all. Drivers born after 1987 must have an unexpired Florida Boaters Examination Test.
LOCATION
Our pontoon boat rental allows you to explore various scenic spots, including John’s Pass Sand Bar, Turtle Crawl Point, Archies Island, War Veterans Memorial Park, Honey Moon Island Beach, Caladesi Island State Park, Jacks Island, and Shell Key. Please note that the pontoon boat is not permitted to enter the Gulf of Mexico. The boat is equipped with GPS tracking, and if it is taken into the gulf, the rental will be immediately terminated, and you will lose the deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel 48 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after. Customers may be able to reschedule to a different time and day, once available. If the weather conditions are unfavorable the rental may be rescheduled for a later date, or a full refund will be issued. No-Shows will not be refunded.
A BOATER'S SAFETY LICENSE
Boaters born after 1987 who wish to rent a boat or personal watercraft (PWC) in Florida are required to complete the Boaters Test to obtain a Florida Temporary Boating Certificate. The test can be taken online and carries a fee of $10.00.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A deposit of $500 will be collected prior to departure. The Card used for the deposit and the renter's ID MUST match! The $500 deposit does not limit the individuals responsibility for damages. If damages exceed $500, the individual is responsible for paying the full cost. Once there are no damages the deposit will be immediately released.
THE BOAT
The Godfrey Sweetwater 10 passenger pontoon, powered by a Yamaha 115 HP engine, features four seating areas, making it perfect for groups of 10 or fewer. Equipped with a Bimini top, swim ladder, cooler, GPS, depth finder, and phone charging port, this boat is ideal for cruising, dolphin watching, and exploring the sandbars and islands near John's Pass/. Please note the maximum capacity is 10 people with a weight limit of 1,700 lbs.
THE DONTs
Captain/Driver is not allowed to be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol when renting the boat. If the captain/driver is deemed to be under the influence, a breathalyzer and/or drug test will be administered. The deposit Is non-refundable if results are positive.
Please do not leave any trash on the boat. You should return it in the condition it was rented. If the boat is left dirty a $60 cleaning fee will be charged.
