RESERVATIONS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We strongly recommend making reservations in advance. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. All drivers are required to leave a government-issued ID for the duration of the rental; no photos of IDs will be accepted, and no exceptions will be made. Valet parking is available for $20 per car.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
To rent our skis, renters MUST be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license. Riders under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult. Drivers born after 1987 must have an unexpired Florida Boaters Examination Test.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may cancel 48 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after. Customers may be able to reschedule to a different time and day, once available. If the weather conditions are unfavorable the rental may be rescheduled for a later date, or a full refund will be issued. No-Shows will not be refunded.
THE DOs
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time. This allows you to complete any necessary paperwork, and receive safety and operation instructions. Please note that your booking starts at the scheduled time, regardless of your arrival time. All drivers must have completed and passed the boaters course to be eligible to drive. If possible, sign the rental agreement before arrival.
A BOATER'S SAFETY LICENSE
Boaters born after 1987 who wish to rent a boat or personal watercraft (PWC) in Florida are required to complete the Boaters Test to obtain a Florida Temporary Boating Certificate. The test can be taken online and carries a fee of $10.00.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A deposit of $250 per ski will be collected prior to departure. The Card used for the deposit and the renter's ID MUST match! The $250 deposit does not limit the individuals responsibility for damages. If damages exceed $250, the individual is responsible for paying the full cost. Once there are no damages the deposit will be immediately released.
